Staff were extremely helpful and professional, , location was perfect for our needs, parking onsite was a bonus.
Positive: There was an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom however, the staff were amazing and sorted out the problem ASAP. Very impressed with their response. The property has a good cafe on the ground level and a quiet outlook onto a large park. Access to walking paths and a nice 8 minute walk to the CBD for meals and shopping. Onsite parking a bonus. The location and the service made our stay enjoyable. We will return on our next visit to Canberra.
Negative: I liked everything about the property and will return on our next visit.
